In other less exciting news, Canon has finally released a 18-200mm zoom lens similar to the Nikkor AF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED-IF DX VR. Sadly, they are like three years too late and it looks butt ugly compared to the Nikkor counterpart. At least the Nikon version seems semi-professional, the Canon one looks like their 18-55mm kit lens.
